Happy Birthday to Bob...and Rachel strikes again.

Well, today is Bob's birthday. Why is it that once you get to a certain age (whatever age that is) your birthday seems just like any other day. Is it that we just don't make is special anymore or is it that we just don't really care? Anyway, we had a nice lunch with Curt, Vicki, Pete and Barb at Snuffy's...which we love and haven't been to in a really long time. I'm not even hungry for dinner, but I suppose I should cook something...I mean, it is Bob's birthday and all and I shouldn't make him eat peanut butter and jelly for dinner.

Anyway...while Jaden and I were working on cleaning up bedrooms and the family room, I hadn't noticed that Rachel and Gretchen had disappeared. I thought they were in Rachel's room...I was wrong.

The cake that we made for Bob's birthday, that was fresh out of the oven, now has a really big hole in it. She totally knew she was busted because the minute I started coming upstairs she went and hide behind the curtain in the dining room.

I had another dr's appointment today. Everything looks great...even my weight. I was actually able to eat my first trimester this time so I gained weight during that time instead of losing weight, so my weight is higher at this point in my pregnancy than it's ever been, but it's still way within the normal range. At 29 weeks I've gained 21 lbs...so I guess I'll be passing the 28 lbs that I seemed to manage with each of the other three. Totally ok though since they say for my pre-pregnancy weight I should be gaining between 25-35...and I still should come in below 35...I better! I also had my glucose test today and passed...YAY! My hemoglobin was a little low so my dr wants me to start taking iron...doesn't she know that I purposely took myself off of iron because it was messing with my system? Oh well...maybe I'll take it every few days...don't think I can do it every day.

Ok...off to try and salvage the cake! :)
