The kids spent the week at my mom and dad's. They had a ton of fun. I asked them tonight at dinner what their favorite part was...they said running in the sprinkler. (And Jaden also said playing Apples to Apples with Becky and Margaret.) We met my mom and dad on Sunday (we left on Monday) and then met them again on Saturday at Jeremy's and Shari's. It was strange being home without the kids from Thursday to Saturday. It took until Friday until I could really enjoy any of it.
Saturday we went to Coleraine to celebrate Evie's first birthday. I can't believe it's already been a year. She is definitely going to get along with my girls very well...they all have very strong personalities. :)
Sunday was the Rivers' family reunion. That was a fun day too. It was at a fire fighter's museum and the kids got to see all kinds of old fire trucks...and they got to go on a ride on a fire truck. It was fun to get together with everyone and we did have to get a picture of the "big bellies." This will be the only chance that Barb, Heidi and I are all pregnant together. What are we all going to look like in another month? :)
We are still getting into the summer swing. I'm trying to have some sort of schedule without being too scheduled...don't know how that's going to work. I guess I'll get it figured out.
Still no name yet for this baby, but I do feel like we are getting a little closer. We at least have a few names on the list. I'd like to get this taken care of soon so he doesn't have to keep being the nameless baby. I should be happy though...at least we have a list.
