I love me some MEA vacation! :)

Fall comes around and my mom gets itchy for a little MEA break.  :)  Every year after I quit working my mom would come and visit during MEA vacation because she got a few extra days.  Well, she's been retired for a few years now, but she still gets that itch to come and visit.  So, last Sunday she called and said, "what are you doing this week?"  We had very little on our schedule so she surprised the kids Monday when they got home from school.  They knew there was going to be a surprise that afternoon, but they had no idea what it was until she rang the doorbell.  We had a lot of fun when she was here...and now we're all lonesome.  But, since we are now in a smaller district our MEA vacation is extended one day and we don't have school today either.  :)
