The 80's Revisited

We found out last week that Bob and I will be going to an 80's Dance Party. I (we) are very excited. It was such a fun time....fun music, outrageous clothes....just plain fun. So, we had to decide what to wear. After much deliberation we figured it out. :)

The first week of school went really well, and I think we're actually getting back in to the swing of things. Jaden and Rachel both seem to be adjusting really well. On Thursday Rachel had a little melt down after she came home. I think she's just not used to the long days. She said she missed me. :) Jaden said today that he likes Madison (his new school) much better than he liked University (his old school) so that is a huge relief. Gretchen is loving school and I knew there would be no problems there. She waited all year to go there. I just can't believe how big my kids have gotten. Crazy.

Luke.....oh Luke, where to start. Bob used to call Rachel a ninja. If Rachel was a ninja, Luke is a navy seal. I'm not sure what to do with him. He gets into EVERYTHING. Childproof locks don't keep him out of anything because he figured them out the day we put them up. I had to put a lock on Jaden's door (the outside of the door and I mean a real lock, like a screen door lock) today just to keep Luke out of there when Jaden is gone. No matter how high we put the markers he can get them. Twice in the last week he has gotten into my fingernail polish. He helps himself to yogurt the minute someone forgets to lock the fridge. He is determined. :)
